As I reflect on my final week of teaching practice, I am filled with a mix of emotions—satisfaction, happiness, and a bit of sadness. This week has been a culmination of all the hard work, learning experiences, and personal growth that I have undergone over the past weeks. This last week, I noticed a marked improvement in my ability to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment. One of the major focuses of my teaching practice was incorporating ICT into my lessons. Reflecting on this, I realized how crucial it is to integrate technology in modern teaching to cater to diverse learning styles and keep students motivated. I could also observe a significant increase in student participation and engagement. Activities such as group discussions, debates, and role-playing were met with enthusiasm. It was heartening to see students actively involved in their learning process, asking questions, and contributing to discussions. This reinforced the importance of interactive and student-centered teaching methods. One of the most fulfilling aspects of this week was the strong rapport I had built with my students. The trust and camaraderie we developed over the weeks were evident in our interactions. Students were comfortable sharing their thoughts and seeking help, which created a supportive and collaborative learning environment. This experience underscored the importance of building positive relationships in education.

Teaching practice has been a journey of emotional growth and resilience. This week, I faced the bittersweet task of saying goodbye to my students. Their appreciation and kind words were touching and reaffirmed my passion for teaching. The emotional connections made and the challenges overcome have strengthened my resolve to pursue a career in education.
