Daily Diary (Teaching Practice) Phase 2

Week 4

A memorable week...

On this week several programs were conducted in our school :

A presentation on violence of drug abuse

During the 4th week, I noticed a significant increase in student engagement, particularly during interactive activities like group discussions and role-plays. Developing positive relationships with students has been a key focus. By taking the time to understand their interests, strengths, and challenges, I have created a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

Our teachers visit for observation foster our strength and weakness. Although their positive response made our week much beautiful.

Leading or supporting various activities on sports day helped me practice leadership skills and learn how to motivate and guide students in a non-academic setting. Working with fellow teachers and staff to organize and run sports day helped me understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration in a school environment. Experiencing the enthusiasm and challenges of sports day helped me to empathize with students and support their emotional and social development.
